Hendren, Redwine & Malone filed Chapter 11 Bankruptcy for a large farming operation in Eastern North Carolina on April 4, 2012. Â The reorganization plan was recently approved by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina, and the company was successfully rehabilitated.
